Study On The Role Of Tourism Association In Tourism Industry Management

At present,the domestic tourism industry is in a period of rapid development,especially after the party central committee established the "three-step" strategy of building a high-intensity world tourism power,the domestic tourism industry ushered in the opportunity of rapid development.However,with the prosperity and development of the tourism market,the disadvantages of the industry management mode dominated by the government in the past have become increasingly apparent.How to adapt to the needs of the reform of market economy system,gradually transform the industry management from government-led to market-led,and give full play to the role of industry associations in the industry management has become an important subject faced by government departments.This paper mainly adopts literature research,comparative study and empirical study method,such as research methods,on the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience on the basis of combing,in view of the existing in the development of domestic tourism industry association,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment problems and its causes,puts forward the tourism association of internal and external governance strategy on the solution of the double chain operation mechanism,finally through the analysis and study of jiangning district tourism association,for instance.This paper is divided into seven parts,according to the logical relationship of the proposed problem-analysis of the problem-solving the problem-example demonstration to arrange the structure.The introduction mainly introduces the background of topic selection,the practical and theoretical significance of carrying out research on tourism industry associations,and the literature review and research methods adopted at home and abroad.Chapter one focuses on the basic concepts,properties and characteristics of trade associations and tourism industry associations,and expounds the relevant research theories involved in this paper.It mainly includes industry association,ternary structure theory,governance theory and industry governance theory.The second chapter is the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign tourism industry associations.Firstly,the operation modes of three major foreign tourism industry associations are discussed in detail,among which the United States is a non-governmental industry association,Germany,France and other European countries are auxiliary industry associations,and Japan is a government industry association.Next,this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of domestic and foreign tourism industry associations from the aspects of their nature and status,functions and business,internal organization system,funds and the relationship with the government.Chapter three focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the governance of domestic tourism industry associations and the analysis of the causes,and puts forward the solutions to the internal and external double-chain operation mechanism of the development of tourism industry associations.\The fourth chapter elaborates the content of double chain operation mechanism of internal and external governance of tourism association.It mainly includes performing basic functions such as communication service of the association,strengthening credit constraint mechanism and information release mechanism,and improving self-discipline and industrial management level.On the basis of the above analysis,the fifth chapter focuses on the status quo of the development of tourism industry in jiangning district,the organization system of tourism association,the management system and its deficiencies in the industry management three aspects of case analysis,further verify the necessity of the tourism association to adopt the internal and external dual chain operation mechanism development mode.In the conclusion part,the main process of the research is summarized,the conclusions and existing problems are expounded.It is suggested that the government should continue to streamline administration,delegate power and decouple government and society,actively learn from domestic and foreign development experience,and continue to mobilize and give full play to the important role of tourism associations in the management of the tourism industry.
