| This thesis use financial early-warning manage theory , cycle fluctuate theory , inside control the management theory , enterprise's risk management theory synthetically, study financial risks that transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises in our country face , set up an early warning system of financial affairs of system to this trade.This thesis, firstly, introduce the study of this domain of financial pre-warning and of the transportation equipment manufacture separately. And it have very few to research in pre-warning of enterprise's financial affairs of apparatus manufacturing of the traffic. Secondly, the overview of financial risk of apparatus manufacturing enterprise of the traffic is introduced from concept, characteristic, content. And make an analysis of various financial risk factors and methods to discern these financial risks that the enterprises of apparatus manufacturing of traffic may face. Financial risk is analyzed from external factor which includes imperfection in the structure of enterprise management, inconsequence in capital structure, mistake of the business decision, the huge contingent liability , the lacks of the crisis awareness and internal factor that includes legal, the market competition, the interest rate, the exchange rate, the inflation and deflation, force majeure. Thirdly, a more intact system of pre-warning of enterprise's financial affairs of apparatus manufacturing of the traffic is set up that includes institutional structrure, design, the choosing of the sample of the index, Setting-up of the model.
