Financial Risk Management And Early Warning Research Of HY Power Equipment Production Enterprise

Electric power industry is one of the important pillar industry relationship beneficial to the people’s livelihood, the normal, safe operation and the healthy, stable development of the enterprise cannot do without the production of power equipment. From this perspective, the financial management of enterprises of production of power equipment enterprises not only affect their own survival and development, but also have an important role in the development of national stability and economic. With the deepening of the power market reform, electric power production enterprises gradually become the independent operation of the main competition in the market, the uncertain factors of enterprise management is facing increasing. As the power production in the upstream industry, the management risk of power equipment manufacturing industry is also growing, how effective management of operational risk has become a new challenge to enterprises in the production of electric power equipment.As China’s power industry market-oriented reform,this paper takes HY power equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object, based on studying and summarizing the related theory of financial risk, financial risk management of HY power equipment production enterprises at present, analyzes its existing problems. Drawing on Zhang Youtang’s financial early-warning research achievements and invited the industry experts selected fourteen single indexes,the paper uses financial early warning application of qualitative and quantitative methods to analye the financial situation. At the same time,apply the Z value model of zhang ling to judge on comprehensive financial condition, establish the financial early warning index system of HY power equipment production enterprises.Baseing on the relevant business system,establish the early warning system of financial risk, to realiz the financial risk information timely push, to ensure that the financial risk of enterprise incubation period dynamic tracking, alarm and control effectively. To prevent and dissolve the financial risks of enterprise, promote the healthy and stable development of enterprises.The conclusion of this paper is:firstly, financial risk management of HY company analysis is beneficial to the discovery of their own management shortcomings; secondly, the establishment of financial early warning system indicators,combined with the financial early warning of qualitative and quantitative analysis method are used to ensure the accuracy of financial early warning of HY company; thirdly, the establishment of financial early warning system provides support for the validity and real-time enterprise financial risk management.This paper can help to understand,to analyses and to mangement financial risk of Power Equipment Production industry in China. It also provides lessons for other firms in Power Equipment Production.
