Industry clusters as a new industry organization patterns, has become a national or regional competitiveness representatives. eastern districts of the country's rapid economic growth mainly comes from the development of its industry clusters. Experience has shown that industrial clusters could reduce enterprise transaction costs, improve enterprise innovation, and to the proliferation of knowledge and technology spillovers to the local business vitality interesting to note that as a country or a region's economic growth is sustained growth in the core.Most of the domestic and international scholars to study the positive effects of industry clusters, this eastern industrial clusters that the polarization effects arising from the eastern region to further enhance the competitive advantages of the factors of production. so that more constant flows east;And the strong competitive industrial clusters and local enterprises to eastern escalation hinder industry "westward". and therefore what difference will be further expanded.
