The Competitive Advantage Analysis Of Enterprises Cluster

Enterprises cluster which is a new style of industry organization development, have been taken more attention of many countries in the world, for its driving competitive advantage. Either developed countries or developing countries, implement enterprises cluster stratagem, in order to form enterprises convergency region which has high competitiveness. Applying enterprises cluster theory and studying on its competitive advantage will promote high-tech enterprises development in our country. "Wuhan-Optics Valley of China" (Wuhan-OVC) is an important industrial base of photoelectron and information, which has acquired big achievement from it founded. Rudiment of photoelectron enterprises cluster has appeared, all of these achievements promote development of centralizing economy, and strengthen the core competitiveness of region. However, there are some problems need researching and discussing in the course of cluster forming and development. Based on this cognition, the article analyzing the existing problems of enterprises cluster of Wuhan-OVC according to enterprises cluster theory, and put forward counter-measures to enhance competitive advantage of enterprises cluster.The article can be divided into 5 parts. Firstly, it discusses researching background and significance of enterprises cluster in our country, and introduces the history and current conditions of researching on enterprises cluster in home and abroad. Secondly, the article analyzes the theory base of enterprises cluster, discussing the meaning, significance, characteristic, researching method and model of enterprises cluster in details. Thirdly, the author discuss competitive advantage of enterprises cluster, which embody in competitive advantage of direct economic elements and region innovation system. Furthly, takes Wuhan-OVC as example, analyzing the development phase, development characteristic, development model, enterprises achievements of Wuhan-OVC. Fifthly, pays more attention to put forward several counter-measures to enhance competitive advantage of enterprises cluster in Wuhan-OVC after discussing its advantage and weakness, this part is the emphasis of the article. Finally, the author summarize main innovative points and conclusions.
