Research On The Learning Mechanism Of Industrial Cluster In Wuhan Optical Valley

In recent years, the development of industrial cluster acts as an important factor to accelerate the development of the region economy and enhance the ability of the native's innovation. Establish and consummate the learning mechanism of the internal cluster is an important factor to influence the development of industrial cluster and advance the diathesis of the employee. Depend on the research, the power of the development of industrial cluster based on the learning mechanism with incentive. So it is necessary to have a deep research on the learning mechanism of China Optical Valley in Wuhan, which is great help to the development of industrial cluster.First, based on the theory research, combine with the investigate that author did in Wuhan Optical Valley, this paper review the research in knowledge management and aim at the character of the optical-electricity industrial cluster, analyze the base of the theory, which establish the learning mechanism of Wuhan Optical Valley in China.Second, depend on the analysis of the learning process in cluster, and based on the three learning layers that are vertically aspect, horizontal aspect and assistant service circumstance of the industrial cluster. We established the space which include the learning layers of the cluster, find that the learning speed of the cluster members is based on the doubtless route of the knowledge spread, and have the conclude that the innovation of the learning mechanism is based on the fulfill of the knowledge renovation by establish and substantiate of the industrial cluster's knowledge database and form the open region learning network.Third, depend on the learning resource status quo of the Wuhan Optical Valley in China, investigate its learning mechanism in the round. We find that there is some factors could incentive the learning of the member in Wuhan Optical Valley, which include the share and supplement of the knowledge resource, human resource management, culture environment and network establishment of industrial cluster.Last, according to the analyses of the learning status of the member in Wuhan Optical Valley, aim at the problem that occurred when the learning mechanism constructed, combine with the research to the development status of Wuhan Optical Valley. Some corresponding countermeasure and suggestions are presented.
