Study Of Ecological Residential Assessment System

In view of serious environmental impact in construction and operation of domestic residential community, this paper aims to set up a set of assessment system, including indicator system and assessment model, for ecological residential community developing.After discussing on the meanings of ecological residential community, and investigating all kinds of assessment systems concerning green development all over the world, an assessment mode based on the conditions of China is put forward This mode bases the ecological residential assessment system on the "Performance Appraisal of Commodity Housing" established by the Ministry of Construction, and sets up additional environmental assessment system for ecological residential community, to get synthetic result of assessment.To build up the environment performance assessment system, a set of indicators is established and weight is endowed Referring to all sorts of related standards and criterions, benchmarks are also given. Following these, this paper sets up a model of gray comprehensive evaluation method for environmental performance of ecologicalresidential community. At the end of this paper, a ecological residential community------Wan Guo Community, a example of Ecological residential community set up by the Ministry of Construction, is been assessed as a case.
