Study On Qingdao Petrochemical Industry Cluster Ecological Model And Countermeasure Based On Recycle Economy

Petrochemical industry has been playing an important role in the development of our country`s economy, however, it also brings high consumption, high emission and high pollution, it not only consumes large amounts of natural resources, but also brings serious impact on the environment. Recently, the international petrochemical industry is relatively weak, industry appear structural surplus, some companies even facing bankruptcy. In order to solve this problem, petrochemical industry cluster must change original development mode that rely on consuming resources to take ecological road and promote the transformation and upgrading of the cluster.This article selects Qingdao petrochemical industrial cluster as the research object, on the basis of industrial cluster, recycle economy and industrial ecology, this article analyze the relationship between recycle economy and industrial cluster, and point out that petrochemical industrial cluster include the core industrial system and auxiliary support system. Secondly, study on Qingdao petrochemical industry cluster from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative aspect: through the analysis of Qingdao petrochemical industrial cluster of ecology, point out the ecological problems; quantitative aspect: on the basic of recycle economy, this article build ecological efficiency index evaluation system of Qingdao petrochemical industry cluster from the core industrial system and auxiliary support system, and use of Factor analysis and composite DEA method evaluate ecological efficiency of Huangdao petrochemical industry cluster, Dongjiakou petrochemical industry cluster, Pingdu Xinhe petrochemical industry cluster. Thirdly, combine with the current situation, problems and ecological efficiency of Qingdao petrochemical industry cluster, this article put forward ecological model to Qingdao petrochemical industry cluster from the clean production of enterprises level, the industrial chain extension of cluster level and the interaction of venous and arterial industry between clusters. Finally, put forward Qingdao petrochemical industry cluster ecological model supporting policies from industrial policy, fiscal and taxation policies, laws and regulations, technical support and other service agencies.
