Study On Method And Application Of Post Evaluation In Renovation And Extension Projects

At the moment, our country is being placed in the economic quick development stage. Many projects especially industry projects are not adopted to the development of market economy because of the old equipment and technique, we have to renovate or extend based on themselves.In order to build up quickly and operate effectively ,make full use of the renovation and extension projects, and appear their advantage such as invest little ,take effect quickly ,economize the resource and good impact for environment and society ,the renovation and extension projects must be summarized .The renovation and extension projects which have been built up need to be post evaluated ,we need to build up a science ,system and perfect post-evaluation system .In the management process of construction projects, the status of project post-evaluation has been improved increasingly on the whole international tendency. Though post-evaluation starts late in our country, people gradually pay attention to it, especially after the practice of reform and opening-up over the past 20 years, during which time abundant experience has been accumulated. Now we have formed the appraisal method with characteristic of national conditions of our country. There are many domestic and international theories about post-evaluation, but few aiming at post-evaluation of renovation and extension projects. This thesis study on the content, the system of guidelines and the method of post-evaluation based on the characteristics of renovation and extension projects and combined with the example of project.① he content of post-evaluation is full analyzed in this thesis combined with the characteristics of renovation and extension projects.②The guidelines of post-evaluation which are different from new build projects are full analyzed in this thesis combined with the characteristics of renovation and extension projects, the guidelines of renovation and extension projects are increasedguidelines. The system of guidelines of post-evaluation is built up in this thesis.(3) The method of post-evaluation is full analyzed in this thesis combined with the characteristics of renovation and extension projects. The method of "Compare New Built Projects To Renovation and Extension Projects" is set up based on the method of comparison which compares none projects to built projects and pre-build to built. Combined with the method of "Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation" and "Degree Success Evaluation", this thesis set up a new method which celled "Success—Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation". This thesis uses Artificial neural network in post-evaluation, and it puts forward the idea of using artificial neural network in post-evaluation.? This thesis does an appraisal of economy post-evaluation for a renovation and extension project of a dockyard, and it does an appraisal of post-evaluation for a renovation and extension project of The East Campus of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology. By scientifically analyzing and computing the two post-evaluation, this thesis gets objective evaluation conclusion, it shows the practicality and maneuverability of the theory which is studied on.
