Comprehensive Economic Evaluation Of Geothermal Heating Projects Post Evaluation

Geothermal energy,as a renewable clean energy,has great proven reserves in China.In the "13th Five-Year" development planning,geothermal energy has been included in the national new energy development strategy,and widely exploited and utilized.Geothermal heating is a way of cascade utilization of geothermal energy.Compared with ordinary coal-fired heating,geothermal heating is more clean,recyclable,renewable,and has higher utilization of heat.some geothermal heating projects have not established a post evaluation system that can reflect the characteristics of geothermal projects,so they can't sum up the experience of promoting projects and further guide the selection,construction and operation of projects,based on actual problems.Therefore,enterprises can't meet the requirements of post evaluation guidance projects.This paper established a new evaluation index system for economic evaluation by the grey system theory&analytic hierarchy process and try use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of grey clustering model methodto do the geothermal heating project's post evaluation?this research help enterprises to rationally formulate the post-evaluation system of geothermal projects,improve and revise the evaluation index system,and establish the appropriate information feedback mechanism.Guide the construction of enterprise future projects and operations,help enterprise screening more high-quality geothermal construction investment projects,eventually forming a reasonable economic evaluation after operation mechanism,provide reference opinions for the development of geothermal industry.This paper,based on the post evaluation of some geothermal heating projects of A company,analyses and studies the economic evaluation of the existing geothermal projects by using the existing post evaluation data and the mathematical models constructed by relevant experts' opinions.Depends on the evaluation result give some suggestion to A company for the further plan.According to the analysis and conclusions above,the established evaluation index system of economic evaluation using the grey clustering evaluation function and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be applied to geothermal heating project.The evaluation system can make comprehensive evaluation of economic results more close to the real economy than before,which has guiding opinions on optimal choice of the geothermal project,cost of investment,standard operation and other aspects.
