Planning, Organizing And Control Of GSC For Middle-small Sized Enterprise

In new 21CN, competing is not only among enterprises, but also among Supply Chains. The trend that competences of home and abroad are interacted is more and more fiercely, which means new challenge to middle-small sized enterprises. Only we make Global Supply Chain planning, organizing and control for Middle-small sized enterprise, we will break through the bothering situation.Briefly, there are six parts in the thesis.Firstly, the theory and development of Supply Chain Management are introduced. Combined the trend of Economy Globalization, it discusses the concept, model, driving force, feature, function and significance of Global Supply Chain.Secondly, it expounds the basic situation of middle-small sized enterprise from function and logistic management inductively. The dilemma of our enterprises under Global Supply Chain is analyzed.Thirdly, the designing concept of planning in Global Supply Chain is analyzed. From strategy and operation plan of Global Supply Chain, it draws up operation criterion and strategic target.Fourthly, it searches the ways of organization designing that based on the strategic target of Global Supply Chain. The methods and standard of partner choosing and the steps to coming into being Global Supply Chain are discussed.Fifthly, in performance evaluating index system, it studies the theory of Global Supply Chain control with reasonable index systematically. Global Supply Chain control operation is presented with an example.Sixthly, combined the situation of supply chain management in middle-small sized enterprise with the style of international market competing, it discusses the ways and tactics to applying Global Supply Chain management in our enterprises.Some of creation in the thesis: one is that enriches the theory of Global Supply Chain.
