Small and mid-sized enterprise is the most dynamic in the small and medium-sized enterprises and development prospects of enterprises.It has the unique ability of technology innovation which makes an important support to promote the development of the society as a whole technology innovation and is a force which is the most dynamic in the modern social and economic development in our country and be the seeds of future high-tech enterprise big company and the foundation.Therefore,apply the theory of talent supply chain to the enterprise training management,on the issue of internal talent supply to realize the talents training goal of maximizing the return on investment,become more conform to the requirements of the new age way of staff training,and make a positive role to the promotion of job performance.Therefore,this article chose the training management in small and mid-sized enterprise staff based on talent supply chain as the main research direction,the main innovation point of this essay is:first of all,on the basis of empirical study analyzed the problems of small and mid-sized enterprise staff training management;secondly,combining with the times background,talent structure background,introduced the talent supply chain to the enterprise training management,constructed the training management system of small and mid-sized enterprise based on talent supply chain.This article adopts the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis,from different levels and aspects to study the problem,so as to ensure the research normative and scientific.At the same time,this paper summarized a lot of technical literature laid the theoretical basis of the related content to the research,and through the questionnaire survey,field interviews and other forms,analysis the current problems of small and mid-sized enterprise staff training management.By comparing the domestic and foreign advanced experience of enterprise staff training management to find their own shortcomings.On the basis of the research and analysis,constructed the training management system of small and mid-sized enterprise based on talent supply chain,provides a new train of thought for China's small and mid-sized enterprise staff training management,and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of employee training management activities.
