Politics, economic, science and technology encounter tremendous change with the beginning of 21 century. Economic globalized and informationzed have brought deep changes to manufacturing in its competitive environment, development patterns and operating space, the changes that are also a challenge to all enterprises. The pivotal question, which should be considered by an enterprise, is how to meet customer's different needs and how to adjust to the varied demand from the market in order to seek an advantageous position in the market through quickly providing the products of high quality and low cost. With the high efficiency and speed required for mass production and producing the customized products, Order Oriented Assembly grow to be a new production pattern to meets all the needs above.The horologe manufacture industry has such feature: on one hand, the complex components of a clockwise leads to the variety of products;on the other hand, customer are increasingly showing their individual needs for product, which results in the increasing production in small quantity but many breeds. The horologe manufacture is a typical dispersed manufacture. The product structure of the dispersed manufacturing company can be described with the concept of the tree. The products must consist of part or part of the regular number finally and these relations are very clear and regular. And the relationship of parts between series product, customized products and standard product has certain similarity, and these relations are uncertain and fuzzy.Bill of Material (BOM) is the technical description file of the product structure, is the main carrier of the information transmission in management information system of horologe manufacture enterprise. The technological file that it manages is the key data of the enterprise. A great amount of BOM data is saved from daily operation of horologe manufacture enterprise. Through Data Mining of BOM, can manage and utilize various kinds of historical data that the enterprise has accumulated down for many years effectively, statistical information, etc. and helps to make decision on management and strategy.This thesis combines the achievement of Data Mining theory and Hong Kong Creative Funds project—Platform of Supply Chain Management on Horologe Manufacture Enterprise. The investigation and development of project make preliminary discussion include research on intelligent bill of material in the supply chain management of horologe industry. At first, the paper concludes BOM of manufacture enterprise, introduce BOM of horologe manufacture enterprise and set up corresponding data module. Secondly, the paper concludes and introduces association rule and propose a module for the weighted and constraint association rule according the concrete circumstance of order oriented horologe manufacture enterprise. At last, we apply association rules module in "Platform of Supply Chain Management on Horologe Manufacture Enterprise" and prove its effect and efficiency via practices. To mine the association rules with consideration on the different payoff of each part and only the information that manager interested.
