| With the rapid development of competitive market and advanced science&technology,high-variety and low-volume,the mixed-line production system is becoming more and more popular in manufacturing enterprises.As the material control activity is the mainly part of the production process,it’s important to strengthen the activity to be more efficient.In this thesis,an Intelligent Material-Box-Enabled Material Control Method is designed based on the line inventory as the object of the research,aiming to improve the efficiency of the material control activity.An Intelligent Material-Box-Enabled Material Control Method was analyzed based on the features of mixed-flow production,the requirements and constraints of material control activity,which could improve the level of material management,enhance the accuracy of material quantity and lower the error rate of delivering materials.Based on the analysis above,the Intelligent Material-Box-Enabled system architecture was designed,and the static intelligent material box was selected as the major program.According to the characteristics of static intelligent box,the material control process,hardware model and information model of the static intelligent material box was designed,.After static intelligent material box being selected,the strategy about multistation-oriented line inventory control activity was raised and turned out to be feasible firstly,taking the feed box as the basic control unit.The delivery quantity and delivery time depends on the line material requirement planning,information element of feed box and the delivery information element.Secondly,the strategy about line material monitoring was designed based on the material classification,the Internet of Things and process information,which could prevent errors from handling materials.Finally,the Intelligent Material-Box-Enabled Material Control System was developed,which proves the strategy designed in this thesis to be effective and correct. |
