The Study On The Feasibility Of Establishing Western Regional Capital Market

The development of western region needs lots of fund which can not be solved merely depending on financial support or loans of banks, but capital market can supply the fund. However, the eastern-inclined structure of the capital market which centers on Shanghai and Shenzhen and the single listed standard in China. So it is necessary to found a western regional capital market.This paper discusses necessity of founding regional capital market from theoretical and practical points;studies the actuality of western region using capital market, analyses the necessity of establishing western capital market;ulteriorly, discusses the possibility of establishing western regional capital market from advantage and restriction, draws a conclusion that it is feasible to establish western regional capital market on the foundation of analysing the possibility and necessity.At last, this article probes into the character and status of western regional capital market and the basal frame of western regional capital market from configuration of organization, main participant, transaction mode, supervised regulation, etc.. At the same time, some suggestions are brought forward to enforce establishing environment of western regional capital market.
