Study On Redesign Of Staff Training System For Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd

Staff training plays a significant role in facing competitive challenges for companies. Staff training may help companies create values and gain competitive advantages and those companies that value staff training greatly may be better in business performance and more confident in facing competitive challenges.For a long time, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. has been valuing staff training greatly, regarding sustaining human resources exploration as the important conditions for increment of human resources. The company improves staff's skills and performance consistently to attain human resources increment by establishing a professional training system.Guided by the theories of human resources training and adult learning, this paper attempts to put forward a new design and discusses the importance of staff training to companies. Meanwhile, taking into consideration the characteristics of the company, the paper redesigns the company's staff training system with the help of new training theories and methods. The new design mainly focuses on the effectiveness of the system and emphasizes on training professional skills, communication ability and spirit of devotion of staff working at all levels. In addition, this new system specially focuses on training the laid-off workers within the company. Based on this, the paper offers solutions and suggestions for Huawei Staff Training System, stressing that the routine administrative work of Huawei should be the root of corporate culture. It also stresses that Huawei University should be combined with Virtual Training Organization, improving and perfecting the structure of training department, enforcing the training of workers of production line and managers of middle levels . The paper also suggests that psychological training be introduced to perfect staff training managing system, enforce training management and prevent training risks.
