| In recent years,the number of domestic theme parks has surged,and the industry competition has intensified.The implementation of talent strategy has become an important means to enhance its core competitiveness.Training is the basis for enterprises to tap talent potential and implement talent strategy.Therefore,the research on the employee training system of theme park enterprises will promote and implement the talent strategy.This thesis uses the method of literature,questionnaire and interview to study the staff training system of Fangte Company in S City.First of all,the background,purpose and significance of the research are expounded.The literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the ideas,contents and innovations of the research are explained.Secondly,the concept of employee training and employee training system is defined,and the employee training system is divided into five aspects: organization,curriculum,teachers,implementation and system system.The introduction,human resources and organizational structure of Fangte Company in S City are introduced.Then,through questionnaire and interview survey on the staff training system of Fangte Company in S City,it is found that Fangte Company in S City has problems in staff training organization,curriculum,teachers,implementation and system.These problems are caused by the lack of professional training management personnel,the company’s development strategy as a basis,not enough training funds,not to build a good software environment,not to build a perfect hardware environment;Then,the development strategic objectives of Fangte Company in S City were determined through interviews,and the strategic objectives were specifically divided from four dimensions of cost,customer,internal process,learning and growth by using the balanced scorecard and strategic map.Based on the development strategy,the staff training system of Fangte Company in S City was constructed,and the content of the optimization plan of the staff training system of Fangte Company in S City was proposed: Training organizational system optimization,training organizational structure design,construction of learning organization;In terms of training course system optimization,training objectives and training contents were determined according to the company’s strategic objectives to obtain the final training course system.Network training courses were added and training course resources were iteratively integrated.In the aspect of optimizing the training teacher system,integrate the internal training teacher team to create an excellent external training teacher team;In the aspect of optimization of training implementation system,based on strategy,training needs are analyzed from the three levels of organization,work and staff,training plans and implementation are formulated from the three aspects of training time,object and method,and an employee training evaluation system is constructed from four levels of reflection level,learning level,behavior level and result level by using the counterbalance four-level training evaluation model,and a standard for transformation of training results is established.Training system optimization,from the training assessment system,reward and punishment system,file management system three aspects of the optimization suggestions.Finally,from the training funds,software environment,hardware environment,management personnel four aspects of Fangte company S city staff training system optimization implementation guarantee measures. |
