Enterprises of China are facing a new starting when entering into 21 centuries. The companies are encountering more furious competition because of the development of technology and knowledge-based economy. Meanwhile, the global economic unite and sound market system bring out new opportunity for the development of enterprise. The corporations are brought higher demand about the development and training of HR under above condition. Establishing and perfecting training system becomes one of the most important tasks. Training is coming into all kinds of aspects of corporation development with training's profession and diversification. The training of employee is one of the hottest topics today. The researching of training brings more concern from the domestic and international enterprises. Taking the RVA as an example, this paper practices existing problem about employee's training of the RVA company, and puts forward a valid way of reforming and perfecting. Try a helping, the company improves and establishes a suit of valid train system. The RVA has become one of the main automobile manufacturing enterprises of our country with the fast development of the decade. The company is perfecting its training system for suiting in the development. This paper takes the RVA company employee training as background of researching, carries on a thorough analysis research to the company's employee training, and looks for existing blind spots and mistakes of its training. We hope to provide favorable help for the similar company. At first, we induce correlative theory about training, list experience training and development direction of outstanding enterprise. The second, we find out the problem by analyzing current training condition and the tactic of total development and HR exploring of RVA. The third, we bring out the amending opinions on the basic of development tactic, which takes establishing training system as beginning. At last, we summarize the training of RVA. We hope the paper could provide useful help and suggestion for the similar companies. We choose RVA as the object of research, because the company values the training and the problem is respectable. The main research method of this thesis is the cultural heritage research, investigation, observation, interview, questionnaire survey etc. The data of the paper is neatened according to training recorder, inner publication, inner web, questionnaire and talking of RVA.
