Research On Plan And Control Method Of Production Logistics In Anufacturing Enterprises

Production logistics is a key link of logistics in manufacturing enterprises. However, there are many serious problems in production logistics of manufacturing enterprises in China. The plan and control method of traditional production logistics results in long lead time, heavy stock of products and low productivity. Therefore, a kind of effective plan and control method of production logistics is urgently needed to make reasonable allocation of the production materials and optimize the manufacturing process, so as to improve the status of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises, and improve their business performance.Firstly, the thesis introduces the concept, characteristics and research content of production logistics, analyzes the influencing factors of production logistics and the basic requirement for rationalization, and suggests the significance of research on plan and control method of production logistics in manufacturing enterprises based on the status of manufacturing in China. Secondly, the thesis summarizes and evaluates the principle and typical method of production logistics plan and control, makes detailed comparative study of two kinds of production logistics management method of JIT and MRPII, and proposes the plan and control method of production logistics by combining JIT and MRPII. Then, the thesis focuses on related strategies of MRPII/JIT integration and proposes the production plan methodology, the improving algorithms of MRPII and the measures of Kanban management, material buffer and material distribution, etc. within the process of production logistics plan and control. Finally, the thesis applies the MRPII/JIT mode to enterprises. It establishes the procedure and method of preparing production logistics plan, presents method to work out the operation plan of workshop production, and determine the Kanban control mode of the workshop production logistics.
