Manufacturing of Automobile plays a major role of industry world widely, especially, automotive accessories & componets are a base and pillar. Automobile industry must be weak without support of manufacturing of automotive accessories. Therefore, how to get and maintain a competitive edge over other companies? Manufacturing logistics and control is a key and becoming increasingly prominent and important.This thesis aim is propose the direction and strategy accordingly in the following aspects of certain factory of automotive accessories: the major process are - first one is high volume output with auto-machine, and second one is composited with lower output several production lines. How to reasonable arrangements for production planning and balance line, job schedule, material planning and strategy of inventory, control of cost of logistics, how to apply FMEA in supply chain risk management, finally, analysis the impact to logistics from car life cycle and business strategy.
