For manufacturing enterprise especially the job shop production system, the management level of production logistics system is the key to utilize sufficiently all production capacity, to reduce the cost, to improve the efficiency and profit, and to strength the competitive capacity of product in the market.The problems of production logistics management system in Tianjin Mine Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd are analyzed, and many aspects, such as factory layout, conveyance system, and balance of production and so on, are optimized to improve the management level of production logistics and the operation efficiency and profit. The major research content are as follows:(1)Layout analysis method, working procedure analysis method, value flow analysis method are adopted to analyses the status quo and problems of production logistics in Tianjin Mine Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. The manifests are as follows:1)The layout of the plant and equipment is irrationality.2)The phenomenon of cross, bypassing and crowding of material flow are serious in the production process.3)The degree of balance production is low and the phenomenon of stagnancy, pileup and interruption of the making product are serious .4)The low speed, low capital velocity and deferred goods often occur.(2)Five aspects, such as factory layout, material conveying, product plan & logistics structure, warehouse management and product logistics information, are optimized to aim at the existent problems.1)The plants and equipment are recombined according to the thought about process reengineering in this paper. The plants are planned according to the direction to material flow, and the place of the equipment is reconfirmed using the group technology and process optimization rules. 2)The material conveying system is the assistant progress in the production. The conveying line is designed as a closed material loop to reduce the conveying quantity, to avoid the crossing and the bypassing. At the same time, the factory furniture are designed and conveying equipments are chosen in order to assure the conveying quality.3)The production logistics system in the corporation is perfected continuously by choosing the plan advantage of MRPII and the spot control advantage of JIT. There is a dynamic link to capacity management of TOC, to spot operation management and to the characters of corporation. Organization management is guided by"matching production, clear every day and clean every day". The quality is controlled strictly, at the same time, the whole production logistics is at a balance state and the stability, aptness, right time and right quantity, high benefit and security are achieved.4)According to the real demand of inventory management, the level of inventory management is improved on the basis of the quantitative indention model of the safe inventory and ABC method of inventory logistics. The mechanism of the automatic forecasting and alarming is realized and the upper limit and lower limit of inventory are set up to insure the continuity and stability of the product activity, at the same time the overstock and impropriation of the current capital is decreased.5)For the informationization and standardization of corporation operation management, the function of"quick 3000Pro"software is made full use of to integrate logistics information resources, and to make them share and fluent.With the application of research result, the production capacity is increased, the quality is assured, the corporation competitive capacity is strengthen, the cost is decreased, and the efficiency and profit are improved. Its meaning is also important to other similar corporations.
