Study On HL Company By Using MRPⅡ And JIT Combined Production Management System

Modern market competition has gradually changed from the enterprise large-scale production type into personalized production type. The customized order oriented production becomes the main production system of modern industry. The company which can react quickly to customer's requirement, offer high quality, personalized production and superior service, will obtain the advantage in the international market competition.Since 1980s, in order to reduce cost and participate in the market competition in a better way, manufacturing industry has invested huge resources in the aspect of new technology and strategy. Facing various requirements of the customers, the most important thing is to deliver qualified goods in time. It is also the research subject of modern industry.This thesis takes certain enterprise as an example (hereinafter referred to as HL company), and its actual production condition as the analysis basis. It studies on the production system from the aspects of production planning process, field management, organization structure and etc. On the purpose of reducing delivery time, satisfying growing demand, it can reach the final goal of lowering enterprise cost and increasing its profit.The thesis firstly does the theoretical research on MRPII and JIT, including MRPII and JIT theory introductions, evolutionary basis, structural function and features. It also analyzes their practical significance to the enterprise, and expounds the combination way of theory MRPII and JIT. Secondly, aiming at the delivery time and quality issues of instrument enterprises, the thesis analyzes enterprise features and current situation of the production system from the aspects of production planning process, on field management, organization structure and etc. At the same time, it suggests the application solution and improvement measures of the production system management style based on the combination of MRPII and JIT. It also offers relevant production management scheme to other existing problems and improvement methods.
