The Research Of City Finance Competitive Power In Northeast Of China

The paper takes 34 cities at and above prefectural level in Northeast of China as sample, unifies the actual situation of Northeast, takes cities at prefectural level as the reference, establishes the appraisal target system. Through the measurement and analysis of city finance competitive power, the text inspects the superiority and the inferiority of different city in the financial different aspect, inspects the city finance competitive power conditions in the three provinces interior as well as the entire Northeast three provinces, analyzes different city financial competitive power rank, analyzes financial center city and the inferior financial center city, analyzes entire finance radiation system condition and the flowing direction of financial resources, discusses different city finance developmental strategy, promotes the city finance development better, supports Northeast to promote, promotes the Northeast economy developing better and quicker. Theoretically, the research also makes the city finance competitive power research system more perfect and the research area more deep, filled the finance competitive power research blank of cities at prefectural level in Northeast.This paper divides city financial competitive power appraisal index system into finance demonstration index and explanation index, and explanation index is divided into the 4 aspects of economic force, the force of science and technology, open force and facility force. It explains city financial comprehensive competitive power from five respects. This paper mainly uses the factor analytic method to analyse each force. Taking the score points of financial demonstration competitive power as the variable, the text carries on the cluster analysis, afterwards carries on the qualitative analysis, draws the related conclusion.Through the city finance competitive power analysis of Northeast, I thought Shenyang and Dalian are the entire northeast's financial center city, Shenyang, Changchun and Harbin is three provinces financial center cities respectively. Anshan is Liaoning Province's secondary financial center, Panjin, Fushun, Jinzhou, Benxi, Yingkou, Liaoyang and Dandong are also the secondary financial center; Jilin is Jilin Province's secondary financial center; Daqing and Daqing are Heilongjiang Province's secondary financial center, Tsitsihar and Mudanjiang are also the secondary financial center. Other cities are located the next rank in various provinces separately. Each province's different rank cities constitue the relative integrital finance radiation system. Liaoning Province's financial radiation system is the most developed, Heilongjiang Province's financial radiation system is next, Jilin Province's is the worst. The entire Northeast three provinces cities constitute an integrital, developed financial radiation system and network, first the disposition of financial resources flows from the city Shanghai and Beijing with very strong financial competitive power to the city Shenyang and Dalian with relative strong financial competitive power, then flows to Changchun and Harbin from Shenyang and Dalian, afterwards takes four big cities as centre through financial radiation system to dispose level by level.
