Distribution Of Foreign Direct Investment In Northeast China And Its Influence On Industrial Structure

In the first chapter, I introduce the concept of FDI. Though FDI is often discussed, there is not a general concept, which can be accepted by professors from home and abroad. Here I just give a general ideal and that of IMF. I also compare FDI and IDI, as to the same and difference between them. Next, I introduce the development of FDI Location Theory. So far, professors have three ways to analysis the region distribution of FDI: the first is Location Theory; second is FDI Theory; third is International Trade Theory. At last, the writer analyzes the character and tendency of FDI.In the second chapter, I looked up much material about FDI in Northeast China, which tells me the history and development, the character and difference of FDI distribution. I also foresee the tendency of FDI in Northeast China in future.Whether from the whole world or in domestic of a country, the distribution of FDI is very imbalanced. Our country is the same in. Most FDI go to the east, and that in the west and middle is very little. In the third chapter, I use eight indications, such as cost, the level of economic, strategy, fundamentals industries, culture and so on, to analysis the advantage and disadvantage of Northeast China.FDI can bring a lot of influence, good and bad. In the third chapter, I analyze the influence that FDI in Northeast China has taken to the industry. At the same time, I came up some measures to solve the question, which will affect Northeast China use FDI.
