Research On Regional Selection And Influencing Factors Of Floating Population In Northeast China

In recent years,the net outflow of population in northeast China has been widely concerned in recent years.The outflow of population reflects not only the change of population quantity,but also the problems of regional economy,resource allocation and urban agglomeration.Since reform and opening up,the northeast China old industrial base of the traditional economic model and the integration of market economic development direction is difficult to,backward economic development gradually developed southeast coastal areas,all aspects of the development gap makes people from the tension of the population flow and lead to flow of thrust exist at the same time,more and more people choose to the northeast region district,Therefore,the net outflow of population is becoming more and more serious.According to the seventh national census,the total population of the three provinces in Northeast China is 98.51 million,about 10 million less than that of the sixth census ten years ago,which is inseparable from the net outflow of population in northeast China.While the trend of population outflow is becoming more and more serious,the internal economy of northeast China has entered a downward track,the speed of industrial optimization and upgrading is slow,the economic growth is excessively dependent on capital input,and the regional development is facing severe challenges.Therefore,this paper explores the basic characteristics,spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of regional selection of outflow population in northeast China,which has important practical significance to alleviate the problem of net outflow of population in northeast China and promote the coordinated development of regional population and regional economy.In this paper,a comprehensive revitalization of northeast old industrial base strategy as the background,in this paper summarized the domestic and foreign scholars on migration and its impact on regional economic development,on the basis of research results based on the relevant concept and theoretical basis of population flow.First of all,the methods of quantitative analysis,comparative analysis about the present situation of northeast area population flow characteristics and spatial distribution pattern systematically quantitative analysis.Secondly,based on the national floating population dynamic monitoring survey data in 2017,a multi-classification Logistic regression model was established from the perspectives of individual characteristics,economic characteristics and flow characteristics,and seven regions of administrative divisions in China were taken as dependent variables to explore the influencing factors of regional selection of floating population in northeast China.With the improvement of education level,the probability of young and high-quality talents from northeast China moving to other regions also increases.The population flow in northeast China usually follows the principle of proximity to the geographical selection of the inflow place,mainly shortterm flow,family as a unit of the integrated flow.Finally,on the basis of the research results,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to alleviate the net outflow of population in northeast China and get rid of the economic downturn development dilemma.We should create an open and inclusive environment to retain young and highquality talents,promote the revitalization of northeast China fully and adjust the new economic development model;The government has played an active role in alleviating population and social problems.
