Tailored Blanks Products is typical industrial products. After the deep analysis of speciality of Tailored Blanks industry, common marketing policy of industrial products, this thesis made a deep presentation for relationship marketing strategy, brand strategy, new production development etc, and brought forward the relationship marketing strategy, brand strategy and new production development policy of tailored blanks, all of which will be ensure successes of TKAZ's business. Marketing between companies is marketing of products and services of different companies. When a company wants to buy products and services, purpose is that they want to achieve company's goal.In tailored blanks industry,potential customers is car-maker,quantity of which is a few.Because of complexity of products in technology and services, relationship marketing strategy is more reasonable. ThyssenKrupp set up more than one hundred years ago.The quality and technology of ThyssenKrupp is number one in steel industry with huge brand value. TKAZ should succeed it and make use it as possibel as we can, the valuable work should be as follow: 1,TKAZ should research and investigate market and products from customers'view.2,To set up and maitain company's culture based on customers'hope.3,To maximum satisfy customers in services. 4 , Customers should be involved in business decision and products development.5,To keep customers as possible as we can.6,To set up the friendly environment with customers,and make costomers to trust our company and products.7,Delegation,quickly response when costomers request. Relationship marketing is not only measures but also marketing philosophy.Relationship of both parties is stable and benefits each other. Relationship business is valuable measures to reduce the risks of business, when environment is unstable,and is efficient way to solve the complex business issues. Both parties can get more benefit via costing saving in relationship business. Relationship is a good learning and comunication way in different organization. TKAZ have to pay more attention in new products development,normal phase of new product development is as follow: bring originality,evaluate originality , concept development , evaluate business value , products development,production. TKAZ will take a mix channel in marketing. A efficient and huge marketing net comprises production company,conjunction company and agent.TKAZ can adjust this net based on the business demands and costomers request at any time. TKAZ will set up a controlling system to ensure the implementation of marketing strategy.
