The Philosophical Analysis Of Knowledge Innovation

Current researches on knowledge innovation are mainly confined in the level of enterprise management and knowledge management. From the perspective of philosophy and chiefly based on practice viewpoint, this paper explores the issue of knowledge innovation and systematically expounds the following respects: the essence of knowledge innovation, the sources of knowledge innovation, the process pattern of knowledge innovation, the ways to realize knowledge innovation and the evaluation and significance of knowledge innovation. Firstly, in the view of ontology, the paper thoroughly analyses the connotation and characteristics of knowledge innovation to reveal its practice nature. That is, knowledge innovation gives priority to knowledge advancement and subjects employ their essential strengths to innovate or reform established knowledge such as theories and methods, during which process the subjects fulfill their creative practice of transforming objective reality. Next, based on the relationship among various elements in the system of knowledge innovation, the paper fully explains the structure of subject and object and process of cognition, delves into the sources of knowledge innovation, obtains the process model of knowledge innovation, and analyzes three shifts of the models of knowledge innovation: from individual innovation to collective innovation, from linear innovation to non-linear innovation and from expressively-focused knowledge innovation to tacitly-focused knowledge innovation. Therefore, the new approaches of knowledge innovation result based on network of knowledge innovation, on uncertainty of knowledge innovation and on sharing and transformation of knowledge innovation. Finally, the author proposes an evaluation system for the value and significance of knowledge innovation and conducts a comprehensive analysis and recognition of the effectiveness of knowledge innovation.
