With the change of the way to manage the enterprises and the enhancing of the market opening extent, the enterprises are faced with more ventures when they have more freedoms. As the core, TMT is the key to enterprise to survive and development. So enterprise is reduce to think better of how to compose the TMT to have the most avail and ensure more income and better pullulating.The effect of TMT is accepted popular all over the world. The researches about TMT are emerged as the times requires. But the mass of them are about the team's characteristic and performance. And it's less about the characters of the team member and the middle variables and the operate processes.This article would analysis the affection of TMT composing to the coherence, and the coherence to the financing performance. And it would discuss on the affection of the variables to the dims of the coherence and the dims to the indexes of the financing performance.The way used in this article is questionnaire, and the objects are 79 TMT members of 14 enterprises in Dalian, including chairman, general manager, SEC and so on.The conclusions of the article are as follows:(1) The coherence could be divided to sensibility coherence, behavior coherence, assignment coherence.(2) The sensibility coherence has relation with patriarchate, and the behavior coherence and assignment coherence have relations with the object-accepted.(3) The behavior coherence and sensibility coherence have relations with the financing performance.(4) The article builds a model with three dims including object-accepted, coherence and financing performance by conformity path analysis.
