The Research Of Technical Barriers To Trade's Influence On Our Country's Export Trade And Countermeasures

In international trade field, EU is the first one that realize technical barriers to trade's block impact on international trade, as an important non-tariff barrier, it has become a mew means of trade protection which is taken advantage of by many countries as pretext to repel foreign country's goods with the hope of safeguarding their intern market, especially some developed countries, so technical barriers to trade has become an important tool of modern international trade protection idea. Technical barriers to trade has a negative impact on the development of international trade and China, as a big developing country can not be out of exception.The thesis use a "theory and reality" research means, in the meantime, taking predecessor's achievement into consideration, analyzing the reason of forming of technical barriers to trade, analyzing how other countries to set and counter technical barriers to trade in contrast, especially some experience and countermeasures of new-emerging and developing countries.
