Research On Industry Organization Of China's Civil Aviation Industry

Civil Aviation industry is one of the national industry which concentrated in capital, crisis, technology . The development is ralation of other trades closely , When they influent, promote each other, which has social, economical effect. Since the system reform and policy-open in 1980, China's Civil Aviation industry has made great progress, experiencing from small to big scale. Now it has more strong national competition and higher strategic position.But there are still some problems to be settled, such as high cost, transport capability surplus, laggard, technology and diseconomy of scale. Therefore, it is of practical sense to study status quo of the industrial organization of China's Civil Aviation Industry. The author analyzed the market structure, conduct and performance of China's Civil Aviation due to the SCP model. By the means of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, static state analysis with dynamic analysis, statistical analysis and comparative analysis, it point out that many problems under the excess governmental regulation, China's Civil Aviation exists many problems, such as low concentrate ratio, high enter and exit barriers, unregulated competition, low productivity efficiency and profit rate.Based on the analysis, we can conclude: Now China's Civil Aviation has great achievement, for establishing unified, public, competed, regularly aviation transport market, we must analyze the reformation and development of China's Civil Aviation , solve contradiction and problem, then, we should perfect measures reformation, clear up regulation barriers, optimize industry structure and give active advises on optimizing industry policy, offer motive power continue for aviation development.
