The Research On The Influence Of The Invigariation Tactics Of The Northeastern Old Industrial Bases To The Development Of Yanbian's Civil Economy

Since our country' s reform and opening up, our country' s economic development made world recognized achievements. Since 1980s, in accordance with Deng Xiaoping' s plan of the "Two Overall Situations" , from the general situation of the national economy, our country made great adjustments at the regional economic placement tactics and the regional economic policies, established the guiding spirits with the main purposes of enhancing the macro economic efficiency and the principles of efficiency first and fair treatment, our country carried out the seaside cities' development tactics and the great western development tactics. In the CCP' s 16th Congress' s Report, our country proposed the great aim of the construction of the moderately high living level society, made the series of important arrangements for our country' s economic development in the 21st century, our country clearly proposed that our country will support the Northeastern Old Industrial Base to speed up the economic structure adjustment and reform, to support the cities whose main functions of resources exploiting to develop the related industries.After the development for several years, Yanbian area' s civil economy has developed from small to large, from weak to strong, the economic real strength increases day by day, the business range becomes broader and broader. They are standing stably not only at the traditional industriessuch as industry, commercial business and food business, they also extended their hands to the field of science and technology, education, and information etc, they have become the important business forces in the development of Yanbian' s economy and society.In this article, from the analysis to the current situation of Yanbian area civil economy' s development, the author analysized the problems and reasons existed in the development of Yanbian' s civil economy, on the foundation of the tactics of the developing of Northeast Old Industrial Bases' influence to Yanbian' s civil economy, the author proposed some rational suggestions, so as to actively and rationally develop Yanbian' s civil economy, to promote the sustainable development of Yanbian economy.
