The Analysis Of Industrial Structure Of Hubei Province On The Basis Of Sustainable Development Strategy

Firstly, the thesis tells us the main points nowadays about the theory of the sustainable development and gives the meaning of sustainable development ;Then it analyses how to develop coordinately among economy system , resources and the environment and draws the conclusions that in order to be sustainable development ,we must change the traditional relationship between the input and output of the economy, that's to say ,we must adjust the technical structure of industry to optimize the structure of industry; Lastly , according to the analyses beforehand ,it points out the problems of the structure of the industry in Hubei province and gives suggestions.The thesis suggests that the emphasis of the strategic adjustment is how to turn the industry structure into more rationality and optimization .So it gives us methods how to choose the industries in Hubei .That's to say ,it should choose and develop industries that have latent development in the future .Hi-tech industries , modern manufactures and service trades should be goals of industry adjustment.As for the ideas and methods , the thesis specially points out that since Hubei is a base of traditional industry , the government plays an important role in the adjustment of industry structure and the development of the economy .So it's necessary that not only on the premises of market mechanism , the government is advised to regulate and control indirectly ,but also the government itself should accelerate its own innovations of concept of system and subject matter in restructuring .This is prerequisite to successful industrial restructuring .
