The Study On Conditions And Development Of Chinese Export Credit Insurance

In the process of globalization, great achievements have been accomplished in our country, s economy, and China integrates into international economy further. According to statistics, our export amount is US$325.6 billion and US$438.2 billion in 2002 and 2003, and in 2004 the amount reached US$593.4 billion. But at the same time, we must realize that great changes have arisen at the course of development of foreign trade. Especially with the entrance into WTO, we must amend a set of rules about hortative export policies so that they can conform to the rules of WTO and the usual practice of international trade. As an efficient officially supported system, export credit insurance gains more and more attention of people.Comparing with the history of foreign export credit insurance system, the history of Chinese export credit insurance is rather short, and it cann't meet the need of export. In the paper, I firstly introduce something about the export credit insurance and the international export credit insurance; Secondly, I have a comprehensive introduction about our country, s construction of export credit insurance system, besides, I point out that there are many problems existing in it; Lastly, I give some suggestions for the perfection of our country, s export credit insurance system, wishing that can do something for the construction, furthermore promoting Chinese export.
