Study On The Model And Method Of Supplier Partnership Management

People expressly cognize the future competition will between one supply chain and the other supply chain along with the increasingly severe globalization challenges. Supplier partnership management is the keystone of supply chain strategic management and the core of integration supply chain management. How to manage the partnership among enterprises in supply chain is one of focus of enterprise strategic management. Through concluding and analyzing the literature in domestic and international, we find there are some problems need to resolve. So the paper studies and discusses supplier partnership management farther, the emphases are supplier partnership models.The paper establishes a grey comprehensive evaluation model for supplier selection, a game model for strategic partnership, an allocation of benefit model for partnership and a performance evaluation model for strategic partnership base on supplier partnership management theory, grey system theory and game theory. Then the paper analyzes models and finds the formative necessary condition of strategic partnership and the method for keeping. On the basis of those, the paper introduces IDSS theory to set up the synthesized model, tries to make the synthesized model intelligent and put forward the framework of MDDSS. These offer the reference for software development and open up research.Setting up a grey comprehensive evaluation model is the innovation of supplier selection method. Establishing an allocation of benefit model for partnership is the innovation means of strategic partnership harmony.
