Taoism says: "Orphaned negativity does not live, lonely positivity is not long", which means it is necessary to make all the masculine and feminine elements, all the actual situation, true or false, to work together to handle everything. So does the relationship between enterprise's values and its management and production, in which the values is "feminine" while the management and production is "masculine". So it requires both factors, the feminine and the masculine, to cooperate to obtain greater development for each enterprise. At present, multi-invested state-owned enterprise shows great vitality in its production and management. However, whether it can get stable and sustained development requires it to establish values according to the co-development of the enterprise and its staff.This article intends to put forward some opinions and advice for multi-invested state-owned enterprise's values orientation and establishment theoretically and practically by analyzing the current situation of state-owned enterprise's values and applying comparison in length and breath, induction and deduction, etc.There are three parts in this article: Firstly, the author shows the evolution of enterprise's values and elaborates on the importance of the establishment of enterprise's values. Then, the delicate analysis of the current situation of multi-invested state-owned enterprise's values follows. And what's more, the author takes state-owned enterprise's own characteristics into account and proposes that only its values establishment upholding the general principle of collectivism of socialist market economy can such enterprise obtain greater progress. But this kind of collectivism has some new connotation. Finally, after defining the general orientation of its values establishment, the author gives detailed expound of the values establishment process which is divided into two steps. Firstly, values extracting from bottom to top. In this stage, the author particularly emphasizes all the staff's positive participant. Secondly, carrying out from top to bottom. In this stage, the author emphasizes that the leaders should set an example for the staff andcommunicate with them multi-lateral ly in person and revise the content of the values proposed by them timely and properly, to make it more suitable for the enterprise and more acceptable and approvable for the staff.
