About 20 years ago, there did not real estate industry in China. After the occurring of real estate industry, it had a quickly development from weak to strong. Especially from 1998,the real estate have a booming, under the nation strategic aim of comprehensive building easy society, the real estate will have a long time quickly development for about a lot of ten years. As the pacemaker of real estate of China, the WuHan VANKE Real Estate Ltd Company had a successful strategic transform from diversification strategies to specialization strategies and found the competitive advantages among real estate industry.Because Wuhan has advantage in geography locality in the central of China so domestic and overseas capital of real estate are very interest in it's potential. The competition will become more and more severity in the real estate industry in Wuhan. The WUHAN VANKE CO., LTD is the subsidiary company of CHINA VANKE CO., LTD. The strategic analysis of WUHAN VANKE will be very beneficial to it's strategic modification and found the competitive advantages. This thesis analyzes the external environment and internal factor of WUHAN VANKE and the competitive situation in Wuhan's real estate market. This thesis analyzes the stratagem of WUHAN VANKE through TOWS matrix. According to the conclusion of analysis this thesis advises that WUHAN VANKE should apply Cost leadership and Differentiation strategies. This thesis also probe into how to found the core competence for WUHAN VANKE from Economies of scale, Management information systems and E- commerce, Strategic comradeship etc.
