The Research Of Construction On Chinese Morden Water Conservancy Culture

With human beings step forword to 21th century ,they have heard a harmonious voice of human and nature .and water ,their intimate medium, is related to our lives closely too .With the progress and development of times ,people's research on culture is becoming more and more deeper .Water conservancy ,as the basic industry of society ,has also been affected and permeated by the culture .The topic of my thesis is the research of construction on Chinese morden water conservancy culture .My thsis attemps to promote the construcion of the water conservancy culture and the adjust of its developing strategy,for deeper purpose ,to advance the realization of harmonious development between human and water and nature through researching the theory and the practice on morden hydraulic culture .The paper has four parts .The first part ,which is the basic of my culture research on water conservancy ,is to explain the relation and the difference between culture and civilization ,water conservancy culture and its industry culture ,hydraulic company cluture and water culture .The method I have used is the historical materialism analysis. Through this explaination it attemps to generlize and the distinguishing feature , the essence and the connotation of the water conservancy .The second part analyses the structure and the function of the water conservancy culture,designs the science system of its ,and supplies basic theory for its research .The third part deeply analyses the existent problems of the culture construction on water conservancy inpractice by seeking truth from fact.The fourth part insists on the idea of advance with times,as the base of the three parts before ,and attempts to expound the essence and the the motive power of the culture construction on water conservancy.The four parts of the thesis elaborate gradually deeper ,and emphasis on integrating the theory and the practice .Every part relates mutually and closely.This paper is a very one with logicality.
