The Crisis Of The Traditional Securities Companies And The Resolvent Methods On Them Under The New Environment In China

The Chinese securities market has past its fourteenth year, and the Chinese securities companies shared their thriving and stagnancy under the changing environment. In year 2001, came another stagnancy, and the environment then was intrinsically different from before. Many securities companies, especial those traditional securities companies, encountered the same "there steps". The environment became deteriorated, and then they found that their working situation was getting worse, so they risk, and that made their working situation getting even worse. How to survive and develop under the newly changed environment is important to all the securities companies. In this paper, under the analysis of the new environment, I describe what is the real crisis of the Chinese securities and how to find their way out, and under a case study of a representative traditional securities company, through the analysis of the situation of this company and the solution methods on it, I try to give some consultant to the survival and development of the Chinese securities companies. In this paper, there are four chapters, after the opening words, goes the first chapter, which reviews the history of the Chinese securities enterprises. In the second chapter, I analyze the new environment the Chinese securities companies confronted and what they suffered then. In the third chapter, I bring up some methods on ways of the Chinese securities companies. In the last chapter, there is a case study.
