On Hunan's Strategic Choices In Economic Cooperation Of Pan-pearl Delta

With the entering into the 21st century and the accelerating economic globalization and regional process of integration, international economy moves along the road towards regional, grouping, space of economic activity organize shape tends to the integrate of city and area. In 2004, the signing of "the frame agreement of the Pan-pearl delta's regionalist cooperation", marks the largest organization of regionalist in China —the economic circle of Pan-pearl delta is established formally.Since the economic circle of Pan-pearl delta is established, lots of scholars put their own views and suggestion about how to improve the economic circle of Pan-pearl delta developing and flourishing, but on one hand, most articles about the research to Pan-pearl delta concrete to some view of certain, on the other hand, there are few studies lay emphasis on how a specific province suffused with the Pan-pearl delta. My text puts my own view on how Hunan suffused with the economic circle of Pan-pearl delta on the basis of drawing lessons from the views of a lot of scholars.My text mainly divides into five chapters: Chapter one, there are the backgrounds on how the economic of Pan-pearl delta is established and the relevant supporting theories; Chapter two, because of the lacks of endogenous motive force and insufficiency of the foreign aid, Hunan must seek the outside support, after comparing cooperation with the long delta and Pan-pearl delta, this text draws my own conclusion that Hunan should rely mainly on the cooperation with the Pan-pearl delta; Chapter three, introduces the position condition of Hunan and compare the difference of natural resource and social economic development between Hunan and other provinces; Chapter four, draws the strategic place of Hunan in the economic cooperation of in Pan-pearl delta; Chapter five, explains how Hunan incorporates and is suffused with Pan-pearl delta, from the industry joint, butt joint which the city enclosed, government coordination and enterprise leading factors and efforts that Hunan should make in the course of structuring the finance circle of Pan-pearl delta.
