On The Situation Of China's Nuisance-free Agriculture And Its Countermeasures

Agriculture is the foundation of the economy development and social stability. It can also supply strong support for the development of industrialization. Modern and big industries and the rapid development of the cities have created huge wealth for humankind. However, they brought the serious pollution of environment, which caused more and more serious food pollution and then threatens mankind health. Thus, the awareness of protecting environment and consuming nuisance-free products becomes stronger and stronger, which urgently demands our government and relative departments develop nuisance-free agriculture to satisfy people's demand of green consumption. On the other hand, along with the global economic integration and the China's entry into WTO, the development of nuisance-free agriculture plays very important roles in upgrading agricultural industries, breaking green bulwark in agriculture international trade, and guaranteeing the ecosystem and food safety. Thus, the development of nuisance-free agriculture has already become important strategic targets for our country's sustaining development.In this thesis, firstly the origin and features of nuisance-free agriculture and its great significance in China were introduced. Then the author expatiated and analyzed the present situation of development and research progresses in nuisance-free agriculture in foreign countries and in China. Finally, based on the analysis on the advantages and the restricted factors in developing nuisance-free agriculture in China, along with the successful examples in developing nuisance-free agriculture in foreign countries and in China, especially in Guangdong province, the author put forward some countermeasures for further development of nuisance-free agriculture in China.
