Iso9000 Quality Standard System In The Production-oriented Enterprises, The Application Of Project Management Research

Project quality management is one of the nine knowledge systems in project management. Quality management system is an indispensable tool for enterprise management in the production enterprise. In this paper, the quality management method about an expansion project in the production enterprise was analyzed. And the requirements of the project quality management and the existing enterprise quality management system ISO9000were contrasted, analyze and combined. The project process and personnel responsibilities were decomposed and combined with the existing procedure documents of enterprise ISO9000quality system. In this paper, the project process was divided into several separate parts according to the stage of the project. And the responsible department staff performed the process according to the content and requirements of the procedure documents. So the project process in the production enterprise can compliance the requirements of the enterprise quality management system and the project quality management. So then the project objectives can be realized.This paper also demonstrates the above point through the actual case of the existing product expansion project in CITIC Guoan MGL Power Technology Co., Ltd.. In this case, because of the project process control, the project objectives were achieved, the project process was guarantee, the quality of the products met the requirements, and the quality of the production process was assured. That is to say the project quality and the enterprise product quality were guaranteed. The project was decomposed in accordance with the process and distributed to the various functional departments in accordance with the procedure documents requirements in the quality management system. And the responsible departments completed the work according to the specified method in the quality management system. The case confirms this method is feasible and effective. And it can meet the enterprise quality management system requirements, and also be able to achieve the requirements of the project quality management.
