Various modes of companies (company alliances) which come from multicultural districts and have different proprietorial background play a more and more important function in economic society. The managerial behaviors are not confined in one country, and are not restricted in one traditional industry. This thesis deeply discuses the approaches of management and cooperation under heterogeneous cultures, gives particular approaches, stages of cooperation and exercisable detailed steps. This thesis divides the organizational culture into two aspects: Competition Oriented Culture and Harmony Oriented Culture, discusses the peculiar culture of relational business in China, analyzes the effects of different organizational cultures to the leading approaches, the process of decision-making, the organizational communication, the mechanism of restriction, the inspiriting measures, etc in the organizational management. This thesis discusses the dynamic cooperation of organizations under heterogeneous cultures, analyzes the dynamic cooperation of three elements: the match grade of mutual conductions, the reference point of conductions and the minimal limit of conduction amendment, compares the differences and relations of the cooperation states between homogeneous and heterogeneous cultures, discusses four stages of cultural cooperation in terms of expatiation, conformity, intensification and innovation, expatiates the adaptability of dynamic cooperation under heterogeneous cultures. This thesis analyzes detailedly the contents of the four stages (expatiation, conformity, intensification and innovation) of dynamic cooperation of organization culture. According to the destinations of the four stages mentioned above, this thesis also expatiates relevant eight steps in terms of co-set of desirability, cultural training, multi-comunication, establishment of credibility, conduction naturalization, institutional inspiriting, sharing of knowledge and updating of culture.
