Research On The Organization Cultural Of The Family Business Based On Chinese Cultural Tradition

Family Business is a common form of business organization. It plays an important role in every corner of the world economy and world economic development. Even in China's economy with public ownership as the main form, the family enterprise also plays a huge role.From the theoretical point of view, for the family business sector and foreign theoretical research in this area is far less than other economic and management fields, universities and colleges of professional education is also focused on the economy and tend to study a modern enterprise system.
