In this paper, organizational culture is viewed as a unique management modelbasedon the core value, An organizational culture that encourage innovation andcompetition, is the necessary prerequisite for the enterprise to achieve sustainabledevelopment. In this paper, based on the review of theoretical research on theorganizational culture At homeand abroad to introduce one of the tools most commonlyused measuring of the organizational culture and the diagnostic field: OCAI scale basicprinciples, the basic process of implementation. The papers for a manufacturingcompany Q, study cultural conflict occurred in the course of business for the company.Sample survey of research carried out in the form of questionnaires and interviewswithin the company, according to data collected by the use of OCAI scale of theenterprises in the clanculture, the adhocracy culture,the market culture,the hierarchyculture. Through qualitative analysis, the organizational culture of its main features isthe clanculture type, the quantitative measurement results demonstrate the actualcultural identity is not prominent, showing a more balanced posture in four dimensions.The organizational culture in different departments, different levels on organizationalculture there are big differences in the measurements. And the cultural expected wasmeasured, there is a great gap between the expectations and the status. By theinvestigation, the paper detailed analysis of the reasons of the difference, to find out thereasons for the formation of undesirable cultural and proposed to narrow the differencesbetween the cultural status and expectations. Finally, the paper on the basis ofcomprehensive analysis of the corporate culture of the enterprise features shape thedirection of the corporate culture of recommendations to help the company achieve theupgrading and restructuring, improve the competitiveness of the company’s products inthe market.
