Research On Logistics System Melioration Plan Of Wuhan Tianyu

Enterprise logistics runs through the whole process of enterprise's production and operation. Optimization of enterprise logistics can bring remarkable benefits. So enterprise logistics is also named Gold Mine and Third Profit Source of Enterprise. It is an important competition field of enterprise at present. This paper is a practical research article about logistics system melioration plan of hi-tech middle or small enterprise with multiple variety and small batch. This paper is to find effective methods or measures to meliorate and improve management quality and economic benefit of enterprise logistics system through analyzing characteristics of logistics management of enterprise with multiple variety and small batch, and problems existed during actual logistics management process. The paper first analyses and summarizes characteristics of logistics management of enterprise with multiple variety and small batch, and solutions available. Then the paper takes actual situation of Tianyu's logistics management for example, emphasizes on analyzing characteristics and problems of its logistics management and provides corresponding melioration ideas and solutions. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is preface. In this part it mainly describes the selection source, purpose and meaning of the paper. The second part is theory of enterprise logistics management. The generation and development of logistics are described. The origin of logistics management and development phases in developed countries and China are described in detail. Through analyzing each ring of production enterprise's logistics, main characteristics of each ring are concluded. And corresponding solutions and measures are presented theoretically. The third part is example. This part takes actual situation of Tianyu's logistics management as research object, analyzing Tianyu's logistics environment, characteristics and main problems existed in each ring. The fourth part is logistics system melioration plan of Wuhan Tianyu. Melioration plan and measures are provided. The fifth part is conclusion. In this part it mainly concludes and summarizes the problems which logistics system melioration of hi-tech middle or small enterprise with multiple variety and small batch shall pay attention to.
