With the rise of various small quantities and personalized customization requirements in the injection molding machine market,injection molding machine manufacturers have encountered unprecedented challenges in parts storage,machine production and sales.In the parts storage management,the pull-type production leads to various types of parts,and the inventory quantity fluctuates significantly,resulting in chaotic storage site management,rising inventory costs,inefficient warehousing,and delaying production schedule.Injection molding machine enterprises urgently need to seek an advanced and scientific lean storage management method,focusing on optimization of major warehouse management links and promoting lean management of parts storage.In this paper,the warehousing management of enterprise is taken as the research object,and the lean management system of parts storage is constructed.The problem of storage allocation in parts and parts,the order picking of parts orders and the informationization of warehouse management are analyzed and studied.Verification and system implementation provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for injection molding machine enterprises to respond to a variety of small market demands and improve the level and efficiency of parts storage management.Firstly,it expounds the related theories of warehousing management and warehousing operations,introduces the main operation links in warehousing management,analyzes the main features and problems of parts warehousing,and focuses on the three most important aspects of storage allocation,order batching and parts picking.The link explains the relevant optimization theories and methods Combining the characteristics of parts storage management under various small-scale production modes,through the methods of warehouse management,lean management technology,modern analysis methods,process and system optimization concepts,optimization models and algorithms,information technology,etc.Production of parts storage lean management systemSecondly,aiming at the impact of storage allocation on warehouse management and picking efficiency,a storage allocation model based on COI(Cube-Per-Order Index)coefficient and correlation coefficient is proposed.For a variety of small production modes,the types of parts are diverse,the inventory quantity fluctuates significantly,and the assembly process of the parts is complex.The COI coefficient and correlation coefficient are introduced.The former considers the turnover frequency and storage space of the parts,and the latter measures the correlation between the two parts.Degree,and use this as the basis for the allocation of parts storage.The optimization of the storage allocation problem is to seek the minimum value of the objective function based on the COI coefficient and the correlation coefficient,which is the optimal solutionFurthermore,for the batch order picking problem of parts orders,a batch order sorting optimization method based on improved genetic clustering algorithm is proposed.The K value and the initial cluster center are randomly determined in the traditional clustering algorithm to affect the data results,and it is easy to fall into the local part.The optimal defect is introduced into the genetic algorithm and the initial cluster center optimization method to obtain better initial values,and improve the stability and accuracy of the clustering algorithm.And based on the characteristics of a small number of parts in a small number of small production and scattered,the use of the traversing path strategy for part picking,respectively,the improved clustering algorithm and the traditional clustering algorithm of the picking path for comparison.The results show that the improved genetic clustering algorithm has a shorter picking path,less time consuming,and higher sorting efficiency.Finally,the lean management system for injection molding machine parts is designed.The main functions of the system include the integration of data documents such as parts data,storage information,purchase orders and production plans in warehouse management,as well as dynamic optimization management of parts storage.The batch processing and route planning of the order realizes the intelligent management of warehousing,strengthens the synchronization with the information of the production,planning,procurement and other departments,realizes linkage with the enterprise resource planning,transportation management system and other systems,and improves the informationization level of warehousing management.
