The rapid emergence and development of private economy is the great achievement of Chinese reform and opening. Private economy occupies very important status in the development of Chinese economy. However, there are many problems in private economy, especially people crisis. With reorganization, annexation, reduction of the employee, etc., and the transition of people' s conception, lacking the sense of ownership and identification with enterprises, all these cause job-hopping frequently, lacking of initiative at work and the responsibility, betraying enterprise's interests, etc.. Employee loyalty is falling sharply. Therefore, how to raise employee loyalty and improve the staffs job performance, has already become one of the most important issues that the private enterprises can't avoid. In this paper, we mainly uses interview, case study and questionnaire investigation, and studies the factors influencing employee loyalty of private enterprise, and also probes into the relationship between employee loyalty and job performance.Firstly, this paper studies and analyses the research situation about employee loyalty and job performance both at home and abroad through a large number of documents. Secondly, based on interview and case study, we know a few factors that influence employee loyalty, and propose the theory conceiving and hypothesis combining with study results previously. This study investigates 200 employees from more than 30 private enterprises in Zhejiang, and analyses the effect factors of employee loyalty and the relationship between loyalty and job performance deeply.The results indicate, the staffs background characteristic variables (except gender) influence three aspects of employee loyalty in different degree; system of the remuneration, the factor of leader, work, enterprise situation, participation, promotion and development, communication, relationship all have remarkable positive correlation with emotional loyalty, normative loyalty and continuance loyalty separately; communication, the factor of leader, system of the remuneration, work can play a role in predicting the staffs emotional loyalty; participation, the factor of leader, communication, work are the important factors that influence employee' normative loyalty directly; participation, the remuneration system, communication are the important factors influencing continuance loyalty directly; emotional loyalty, normative loyal and continuance loyalty have remarkable positive correlation with staffs job performance; normative loyalty and emotional loyal are important factors influencing taskperformance directly, and they can predict the staffs task performance; emotional loyalty can predict the staffs adaptability performance; emotional loyalty and normative loyalty can predict conexuac performance. This research not only enriches the theory of organizational commitment and job performance, but also provides reference for private enterprises to take effective measures to keep excellent employees and how to raise loyalty and improve job performance.
