Study On The Cainozoic Era Agricultural Laborer's Mobile

Based on the on-the-spot investigations and literature materials, this paper uses Anthony Giddens's structuration theory to analyse the cainozoic era agricultural laborer's mobile agent and their behavior choice. Through the on-the-spot investigations, the author points out the main reasons that urge the cainozoic era agricultural laborer's mobile. And the cainozoic era agricultural laborer's social approval tends to become indefinite , as a result, the "problem agricultural laborer " appears.Through the typical cases, this paper intends to express that different time, different scenes and different society reviews in succession have different influnces on people's behavior agent. The author analyses the characteristic of the cainozoic era agricultural laborer, they leave the countryside to seek new employment opportunities and living space. Their migration causes the problems of the fusion between cities and countrysides. And this is a big challenge to the construction of the harmonious society in China.
