In this paper, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, applying the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation into the Electric Power Project feasibility evaluation, and with the experience of practical item, advancing a new train of thought - analyzing the factors of evaluating Electric Power Project feasibility to evaluate the project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and getting the result, the factors of evaluating Electric Power Project feasibility. To carry out the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, it is important to establish the assessment factors system and to define relative weights. According to general viewpoint of assessment factors, the assessment factors system is established and analyzed. To define the relative weights in qualitative and quantitative way—Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for symbolizing the important extant of factors scientifically and reasonably. Then putting the above method into an example of the Electric Power project feasibility evaluation. The applying example indicates: the assessment is feasible and effective; it can be used widely in the Electric Power Project feasibility evaluation.
