| With the rapid development of industrial economy and urban construction of the city of Bayannao’er,the electricity service has made great progress.However, with the gradual increase in the number of the electricity customers, expanding the scope of services, making its marketing technological innovation, and continuously improving the level of their management and service has become an inevitable trend.Therefore,making a comprehensive evaluation on the investment project of the marketing technological innovation of Bayannao’er Power Administration has important research value and practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic and systematically analyzes the trend of research on the domestic and international marketing technological innovation, and makes an overview of the theoretical model of marketing technical innovation and hierarchy process-fuzzy analysis(AHP-FUZZY).Secondly, it introduces the development status of Bayannao’er Power Administration and combined with the actual development of Bayannao’er Power Administration analyzes the necessity of the investment in the marketing technical innovation.Again, makes an outline of the basic content, scale and funding of the project, and analyzes the characteristics of the investment project.Then, the four aspects such as the economic efficiency factors, technological efficiency factors,management efficiency factors and social efficiency factors of the project was carried out to make an analysis.Finally, AHP and fuzzy method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation for the overall efficiency of the project and the investment project of the marketing technological innovation of Bayannao’er Power Administration results for the gifted and the project has a high feasibility.Overall,the results of the research provide a scientific criterion for the decision-making and implementation of the project, while have certain model significance for the pre-evaluation of similar projects. |
